As a registered nurse and clinical educator in critical care, I have seen first hand the effects of poor health on the lives of people and thier families. While some factors that affect our health are beyond our control, there are many things that we can control. My goal is to provide people with some ideas that may help them make simple decisions that could change thier health and future for the better.
